However, sometimes the number of great films and television shows available to stream can be overwhelming and lead to aimless scrolling — hoping to land on that perfect thing to watch.

Scroll no more! To help you out, ET has rounded up the best movies and TV shows to stream this week, including new arrivals, nostalgia-filled favorites, and screen adaptations of classic novels. One upcoming movie to look forward to is Maestro, a biopic about the legendary conductor and composer Leonard Bernstein. The film is directed and co-written by Bradley Cooper, who also stars in the film as Bernstein.

There’s plenty more in store to stream this week. Trevor Noah is releasing a brand new stand-up special for those who need a laugh. True crime lovers won’t want to miss the latest season of Dr. Death on Peacock, and Marvel fans can prepare to assemble in front of their televisions because Season 2 of What If… drops this week as well.

Leonard Bernstein, best known for his work on West Side Story, is a legendary composer and conductor. Maestro, starring Bradley Cooper, focuses on the music icon’s work and relationship with actress and social activist Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein (played by Carey Mulligan). The film premieres on Netflix on December 20.

Traveling through the multiverse, The Watcher returns for a second season in What If…? to show us new heroes and familiar faces. Viewers will see some of their favorite movie moments from a new perspective in a different universe. Season 2 premieres on Disney+ on December 22.
